WORKPLACE MINDFULNESS & YOGA

Workplace yoga classes are a great way for employers to offer health and wellness opportunities for their staff. Book either a one time special training, weekly, biweekly, or monthly classes.

Focus can include: Mindfulness, Team Building, Stress Reduction, Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga, etc.

 

Classes held in your office based around your staff's schedule.

Equipment provided for all workplace sessions for up to 10 people.
