Prenatal Yoga Offerings

Are you itching like me to create community and build support as you prepare for this new journey into motherhood? Unsure about where or how to do that safely during this crazy time? Join me, Rebecca Dary, for a feel good prenatal yoga class offered to Mamas in all trimesters! Classes include mindful movement and yoga poses, as well as a heavy focus on breath and mind techniques to assist with labor and life after baby.
In this these classes we’re hoping to introduce you to a supportive community of women as you take care of yourself and baby. By utilizing an online platform we will also have time to chat and share during the start of class in order to get to know each other.
Classes focus on:
Breathing techniques and movement with breath
Poses and movement to release hips/back
Pelvic floor strengthening exercises
Mental Endurance exercises to prepare for labor
When to Join: Anytime you feel well enough to join any trimester mama is welcome. No yoga experience is needed. You will work from where you are as everyday is a different day.
