Prenatal Online

Weekly Class

Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm MST

Would you like to be part of a community and build support as you prepare for this new journey into motherhood? Unsure about where or how to do that safely during this crazy time? Join me for a feel good prenatal yoga class offered to Mamas in all trimesters! Classes include  mindful movement and yoga poses, as well as a heavy focus on breath and mind techniques to assist with labor and life after baby. 


In this these classes we’re hoping to introduce you to a supportive community of women as you take care of yourself and baby.  By utilizing an online platform we will bring people together from all over to chat and share during the start of class in order to get to know each other.

Classes focus on:

  • Breathing techniques and movement with breath

  • Poses and movement to release hips/back

  • Pelvic floor strengthening exercises

  • Mental Endurance exercises to prepare for labor


When to Join: Anytime you feel well enough to join any trimester mama is welcome. No yoga experience is needed. You will work from where you are as everyday is a different day. To Start Online Classes:


How: Create your free Zoom Account from any smart device or computer.

New Student: Every new student must read and sign an acknowledgment of risk form, then return back to Rebecca.

Cost: $0-$10 per class depending on your financial situation. I know a lot of people are struggling right now and I want everyone to be able to participate so give what you can and if you can't right now, no worries. Any extra will go towards payment for other students experiencing hardship that take the class for free.

You can Venmo me (I'll send you my account via email once I get your acknowledgement of risk form), click this PayPal Link or take a few classes and send a check: PO Box 1963, Pinedale, WY 82941. Pay what you can, when you can.

After you email Rebecca back with your acknowledgement of risk form to participate she will email you each week with the Zoom meeting ID to participate and the Venmo details.

Postnatal Online

Weekly Class

Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm MST

With so many changes occurring before and after birth, it's important for new mothers to take the time to honor their miraculous bodies.  Understanding the changes, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual; together with a new found respect and patience we will work to regain strength and support for this new period of life postpartum. 


This class will include:

  • Yoga poses to relax and restore the body

  • Neck and shoulder openers to counteract feeding/holding

  • Pelvic floor strengthening exercises

  • Stabilizing poses/ab focus for diastasis recti and cesarean

  • Movement for you and baby


Babies: Babies always welcome

When to Join: Please check with your health care provider and body to know when to return to activity. Typically after bleeding has stopped and 6-8 weeks after birth depending. Sometimes it's helpful to discuss any particular issues with Rebecca ahead of time so she can give you an idea of modifications. Prenatal yoga with Rebecca was so helpful in preparing me for the birth of my daughter. The atmosphere is welcoming and communal, inviting you to connect with other expectant moms.  The class is a gentle workout and accommodates all stages of pregnancy with specific cuing that helps you gain awareness in your changing body.  Loved it!! -Amy L.

Currently Online Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga will be a combined class on Tuesdays from 5-6pm Mountain Time. Any stage of pregnancy and motherhood welcome as well as babies!
